Some Advice for Chuck Schumer

A few months ago your world was turned upside down, the impossible happened, your side lost.  While this may be hard for you to understand from the elitist bubbles of the Democrat party, maybe words from your leader, President Obama (circa 2009) will help, “We are not campaigning anymore, the election is over.”  America needs to move on, Donald Trump won the presidential election, and is president.

This means many things, most of all, you will not like or agree with his choices of cabinet nominees.

Just as with every elected official throughout time, if you do not agree with the person running for office, you will surely not agree with their administration.  This is a simple fact many on the left seem to have forgotten.  Eight years ago when Obama was elected, did Republicans agree with, and like, the nominees for his cabinet? Of course not, but they did allow the nomination process to go through, nominating seven cabinet members on day one.

Moving our Republic forward with the business of governance is the utmost priority and party politics should be put aside.  Perhaps more advice from your leader, President Obama might help:

“We have got some work to do…  I don’t want the folks who created the mess to do a lot of talking, I want them to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess.”

The past eight years of debt explosion, over regulation, and government growth has created a mess beyond anything this nation has experienced.  Let President Donald Trump get to work and fix this nation.

Donald Trump’s nominees will be nominated, as the American people voted out a Democrat majority in every corner of our Republic. Recently many Democrat members of the Senate, who find themselves now in the minority, have begun doing everything in their power to block any and all of Donald Trump’s Nominees.  Throwing a tantrum to waste time on something which is inevitable is childish and nothing more than a continuation of the intolerance of the regressive alt-left.

The continuation of the current Democrat plan to obstruct the nomination process is nothing more than a waste of taxpayer money and needs to end immediately.  To ease more of your pain, another quote from your leader President Barack Obama, shortly after being elected in 2008:

“We won, you lost, get over it…  Don’t break what our predecessors spent over two centuries building. That’s not being faithful to what this country’s about… We don’t mind [them] joining us. They can come for the ride, but they gotta sit in back… it’s time for them to get out of the way and let us get to work.”

America has spoken, and the agenda of a socialist, government controlled society has failed.  It is time to accept this is not a nation of handouts, we are a nation of hardwork and success.  Government like you is the problem, get out of the way and let the adults fix your mess.
